Prayer Requests and Thanksgivings


We at World Changers very much appreciate your prayers for us. Your prayers are one of many ways that you can help us empower and change the lives of those in need. Here are our latest prayer requests.


  • Funding  Currently (as of the end of October 2010), WCA is in a particularly tight financial situation having only one month of projected positive cash flow. WCA must make take significant cost-cutting decisions if substantial donations aren't received in November. We pray that God will provide the needed funds very soon.
  • Staff  At the end of each year, it's inevitable: staff members leave while new members join. We ask for your prayers that ask God to allow us to keep enough senior, experienced staff in 2011, enabling World Changers to maintain its service quality, while bringing in new students whom we can train and empower to become qualified staff members trained to take us forward.
  • Student Placement  Thankfully, World Changers has developed a valuable partnership model with the Mr. Price Group that we believe we can replicate with other companies. To cultivate additional partnership models with businesses, we ask you to join us as we pray for guidance in fine tuning this model as we create many more of them with successful companies.
  • Discipleship Groups  Mark Taylor, a friend of World Changers, is running a discipleship group for former leadership students. We believe that this new group holds a lot of promise in future years. We ask for your prayers for Mark. His intent for this group process is to raise leaders who will reach out and cultivate new groups within their local communities.
